We are all born soft. Failure, rejection, revenge, disappointment, arrogance, greed, hardship, and other negative emotions make us hard. These densities create weakness, inflexibility, sometimes even illness of the body. Returning to softness is a letting go process. With each layer of hardness that falls away, an underlying natural strength begins to emerge.
